Danny Pleason
Native Houstonian Danny Pleason is most familiar with the Houston neighborhoods in which Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty excels. These areas include Bellaire, West University, Montrose, River Oaks, Meyerland, The Heights, EaDo, Midtown, Oak Forest, Garden Oaks, Memorial, Braes Heights and other close in neighborhoods.
Danny began his real estate career in 2001, has been ranked a top producer in the Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty Circle of Excellence since 2007 and is a member of the Hall of Fame.
Danny is proud of his excellent customer service and the integrity of his business dealings. The majority of his business comes from referrals, a great testament to his professionalism. Danny was honored to be named TXT Magazine's 2006 Best Real Estate Agent and Outsmart Magazine's 2007 Best Male Real Estate agent.
Though well-versed in multi-million dollar transactions, one of Danny's specialties is working with first-time homebuyers, and he has taught a monthly first-time home buyers course at a major international corporation. Danny takes pride in his patience and his ability to do the most important thing in working with clients, earning their trust. He always tells his buyers, "kick as many tires as possible, this is one of the biggest investments you will ever make."
Graduating with a Bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Texas at Austin, Danny grew up in the Meyerland area and attended Bellaire High School. When not consulting with clients, Danny enjoys sports, especially softball, and supports local Houston sports teams. He also enjoys volunteering with different charitable organizations and was a founding member, now emeritus, of Bayou City Boys Club. Danny is a Federal Club Member with The Human Rights Campaign. Danny especially enjoys spending time with his seven nieces and nephews and is also a member of Big Brothers/Big Sisters and is a mentor and friend to his little brother, Khalil.
